About Property Remedies
Houston. Our Home. Your Solution.
Family owned. Personally involved. 30+ years of real solutions for Greater Houston homeowners.

President & Founder
Blake A. Yarborough
A Houston native with an MBA concentrated in Finance and Marketing, Blake has spent more than three decades buying, rehabbing, and holding real estate across the region. He started buying to hold during the 2008–09 downturn and never stopped.
Blake is a true long-term investor — hands-on, personally involved in every deal from first offer through closing and rehab. He's the buyer other investors bring their deals to when they need someone who will actually close.

A Family Tradition
Real estate investing runs in the family. Blake and his wife Crystal own and manage a large rental portfolio together. Property Remedies is family owned and family run — the person you meet is the person who closes.
Our Story
Property Remedies exists to give Houston homeowners a fair, flexible, stress-free alternative to a traditional sale — especially when life throws a curveball. Fair cash offer. Flexible solutions. Real investors.
